The Grey-headed Kite is extensively distributed in lowland forested habitats from Central America south to southern Brazil and Uruguay. Grownup is distinctive, with a comfortable grey head, darkish eyes (no yellow within the face, in contrast to most hawks), and reasonably small grayish toes. (from Birds of the World)
