Taylor Wily — identified for his roles in Hawaii 5-0 and Forgetting Sarah Marshall — has died. He was 56. Hawaii 5-0 govt producer Peter M. Lenkov confirmed the information in a number of Instagram posts on Thursday, June 20.
“T, as I informed you a lot instances, I fell in love with you on the first audition,” Peter wrote in a single caption, alongside a video montage of reminiscences with Taylor. “You got here in with a towel in your head mopping up sweat, and I used to be smitten. You charmed me into making you an everyday … on the present … and in my life. You have been household. And I’ll miss you daily, brother.”
Peter then revealed in his caption that he had simply spoken to Taylor one week earlier than his demise.
“PS: once we spoke final week, we laughed at how proper you have been from Day 1. 5-0 was our dream job,” the producer added. “And I used to be so fortunate we bought to share that magic collectively.”
